As a result,
you will see
an AutoMate
technician
checking out
and
servicing
your
equipment on
a regular
basis.
While we are
careful not
in interfere
with your
operations,
we will be
monitoring
and checking
the
equipment
regularly.
Often, we
can identify
issues
before they
become
problems.
We will then
schedule to
fix the
issue when
it is
convenient
for you and
does not
result in
your
equipment
being down
for an
extended
period of
time.
When an
emergency
does occur,
AutoMate is
often able
to respond
within the
hour. Our
Service
Trucks are
fully
stocked and
are often
able to fix
a problem on
the first
call. We
will clearly
indicate any
issues to be
aware of,
and will let
Management
know when it
is safe to
use the
equipment
again.
